Its hard for people looking to diet to actually get one that works. Why? Well its simple most diets that you see advertised online how they claim to be soooo amazing and that they will make you lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks, blah blah blah.. Their full of it! All their medication does is..

Causes serious health problems

Only gives you a tiny boost of energy

What don't they tell you..

In order to successfully lose weight you need to find out exactly how much food intake you are supposed to consume per meal per day depending on your weight, height, metabolism level, daily work out routine. etc. No what claims to be "miracle" pill is going to work unless you can figure those important facts out yourself. I would not recommend using any "pills" or "drinks" to help you lose weight unless you are excessively overweight and you talk to your doctor first!

I do know of a way to help you lose weight but again it is up to you to find all the information out about your body that you should. Its an appetite suppressant that you can get a prescription from your doctor for. Its called phentermine and fenfluramine ("phen-fen."). Those as all medication it does have some risks that you will want to check with your doctor about. *This medication is mostly for those who cant control their eating habits and people who are extremely overweight, it is not recommended for people who are just looking for an easy fix. With the medication and the proper daily routine you WILL lose weight, it wont be 20 pounds in 3 weeks but it will work depending on YOUR motivation to do so and by eating the right/healthy foods recommended by a nutrition.

I personally used phentermine to lose weight a few months back I lost about 15 pounds in about 2 months. While the temperature is back and worth one minute 83 degrees the next 85 degrees. The weather station is calling for severe storms and flooding.

It is so hot in my building its actually cooler outside then inside. We have 3 fans in our small apartment and its still not cooling us off any. I have so much sweat pouring off me I feel like I am in an oven. No matter how many cold showers I take the sweat just keeps coming. I feel so gross and miserable :((((

I always say in winter I cant wait for the summer and in the summer I always say I cant wait for winter but really I hate both! Spring and Fall those are the seasons I like because its not to hot and its not to cold. The only thing I don't like about Spring and Fall is more STORMS!!! Ugh I just want to be sweat free in an air conditioned room I would be so happy.

I've been slacking on my blog!!! OH NO!!!..

So what in the world have I been up to the last few days/week..

Last few days I have been kind of busy and kind of lazy. I've been watching a lot of TV lately. I usually just have my show recorded but for some reason I have just been trying to watch them as they happen or searching the guide for movies, etc. Since we usually watch movies online and well the way we watch them I cant really say cause you never know the FBI might be watching/reading my blog (LOL.. My middle daughter Chloe just had her 3rd birthday on June 13th!!! The day was great itself but I kind of felt really really bad for Chloe cause no one came besides for my husbands friends down the hall. My mom didn't show up or even call to tell Chloe herself "Happy Birthday" she just told me to tell her. My MIL didn't call and didn't show. I don't know whats up with our family but I am really sick of it.

My keyboard is about to take a complete $hit. About 4 days ago the numbers, backspace and enter didn't work for nothing. Though now all the keys work again besides for 5, 6 and -. I have to use the side keys if I need those numbers or symbol in anything I am typing.

My sister Candace came up from Georgia for what was supposed to be 1 day but ended up being like 3 days. She was only coming up with her friend so he could get his stuff he left behind in Van Wert but instead they ended up staying longer then planned. I only seen her for like an hour an a half - 2 hours Sunday cause I thought she was leaving. My mom and I have a plan to go down to Georgia on the 5th of July for about 2 weeks. Not sure if I am going though. She wants me to bring all 3 kids but there wont be enough room nor enough mirgraine meds. for that!

Sun Poisoning!

Man oh man does it ever suck so freaking bad!

Never in my life have I ever had a problem after being in the sun for too long.. I never got burnt before either.. I just got a little tan! Though after going to Cedar Point I noticed my lips swelling up more and more. Kind of looks like lip injections gone horribly horribly WRONG. Though seriously my lips are like 10 times its normal size and the sun poisoning burns so freaking bad! My face got burnt as well but it doesn't hurt at all.

I need to stay out of the sun and just go to a tanning bed if I ever want to get burnt!

Anyone know of a good way to ease the pain from sun poisoning or a way to get my lips back to its normal size without making the pain worse and/or leaving any scars? My lips look HORRIBLE! Be like a gipsy and get one of those scarf's that cover my mouth.. or am I totally missing what those things are call? Oh well all I know is I need one! Yeah I am a bit retarded blahhhhhh.. I wanna cry I am in so much pain! My husband cant even kiss me without it hurting so bad.

One lesson learned though.. Never never never put lotion on sun poisoning..

I always put lotion on my skin after I get out of the shower and well I was putting it on my face as I normally would but my damn a$$ got a bit of lotion on the tip of my lips. I wanted to scream bloody murder but couldn't cause my demons were in bed asleep.

Dogs an Parvo

Let me just start out by saying GET YOUR DOGS CHECKED FOR PARVO on a regular bases! Chances of any dogs living is slim. Small dogs have (on average) a 20% chance of living after being infected by parvo. The animal death count for my build right now is 3/6 the others are still fighting for their lives.

Our apartment complex is like infested with Parvo all along the fenced area (were the creek is). We have neighbors who we told many many times not to take their 4 dogs near the fenced areas because of the parvo. Well they did not listen. Not only does their dogs have parvo our friends dog has it too and the lady that lives doorstairs her dog just died yesterday from it. They tried to tell everyone it was not their dogs who was the carrier of it but we know it is because we have had many people up here prior to them that had a ton of dogs as well and none of them had parvo or any signs of having it but those people are gone and have been gone well before the new people moved up here.

Its just disgusting how these people actually live and neglect the animals and children in their apartment. We used to live in the apartment they are in now but we moved down the hall to a much bigger place. With the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids) our old apartment was not big enough but these people have 4 adults, 4 children, 4 dogs and 6 cats living in the very small 2 bedroom apartment! Talk about going CRAZY! All I can say when I even think of that apartment is man oh man does it ever stink so bad! They actually let their animals crap and pee in the hallway and once they let them come all the way down by our door and the dog crapped there! The lady downstairs blew up on these people yesterday when her dog died because they never warned her that they took their dogs by the fence. We called the warden a few days ago because the animals are mistreated so badly it makes you sick to your stomach. Our neighbor lady called the warden, the landlord, child services and the health department yesterday on the people. Not sure if anything is going to be done about the issue but we shall see.

but seriously enough about complaining just be sure to check your dog (an all your animals up to date on regular NEEDED check ups) even just a slight hint there is something wrong with them GET THEM CHECKED! If you really love your animals a small fee for a vet visit wont matter and a small fee is well worth your animals lives!!!!

If your animal has parvo get help right away! They will more then likely put your animal(s) on an IV as well has been on around the clock care including pills (by mouth every 2 hours), shots (every 7 hours).

If you think your animals have it or just think someone may have brought parvo in your home (parvo is carried by animals and on human clothing, shoes, etc.) pull your carpet (clean it with bleach water then throw it away in a high dumpster or burn it.. So other animals dont come in contact with it), Clean your furnature inside and out with the right cleaning supplies (contact your local vet office for information on where to get the right cleaning supplies for parvo).

Also be a life savor and adopt a pet (or if you don't want an animal donate a small amount to help pay for animal care) www.petfinder.com is a good place to look for an animal and also a way to donate money to help animals around your area.

If you all didn't know walmart.com gives away free samples! I just ordered 2 free samples 1 of some sun lotion and another of some spray. I did not know they had stuff like that! Pretty freaking awesome!

If anyone knows of any good deals at any online or offline stores please let me know! Close-outs are my favorite since everything is like dirt cheap then and yeah with 3 kids I need all the cheap stuff I can get LOL!

Another thing I am looking for is a way to get a lot of coupons without having to have a printer to do so. I see people all the time getting stuff for little to nothing when using coupons and I would like to start getting stuff like that myself.

I just want to show you all this site. It is disgusting as hell what are people thinking these days??? Some of the food clearly has heart disease/heart attack written all over it as well as some has diabetes written all over it! Now don't get me wrong there are a few things on there that look kind of good and that are in small portions but there aren't many.

I would also like to make a note for you all to look for a burger on there its like page 9 or 10 (I think)

This burger is a 30,000 calorie sandwich! NO JOKE! There is also a giant kit kat! Who in the world would eat this stuff and another big question I have about those kinds of things is did they even make it out of the restaurant alive after eating it??

Well my husband and I was at the bar a few days ago for his stepdads birthday and while we was playing darts I seen this sign on the bulletin board which I thought was HILARIOUS! Todays event

First off HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

Anyways.

Today we decided (out of the blue and about 3 hours before the event) that we wanted to go see WWE smackdown and ecw in Fort Wayne. So my husband races to Fort Wayne to the ticket office to get us the tickets $35 a piece! We got 4 tickets total.

So right once he got back we left, picked up his mom and his stepdad and was on our way to Fort Wayne. We had to get something to eat before we went though since assuming their food/drinks were outrangous in price (an we was right) we stopped at steak'n'shake to get some food. BTW it was my first time ever going to steak'n'shake.. Their food is AWESOME, DELICIOUS and CHEAP!

We had great seats (we was in section 220 had seats 4, 5, 6 and 7 which was about 30 feet from the ring and a little to the right of it). The only thing I didn't like about my seat was a little kid and his dad every time someone good came out they held up their sign which blocked my view completely and the guy behind us every time he yelled it echoed through my ear. Other then that it was great.

Now I cant stop thinking about the food we ate and I want more :P

We want to go again some time when its not just a house show so that there might actually be the people we want to see there instead of just like 2 people. An maybe next time we will have enough time to spare so we can stop at Olive Garden since I've never been there and I really want to try their food I will settle with dave'n'busters since I've never been there yet either and it looks fun!

Well that's all for today I started this blog earlier but hubby needed one so yeah the time it posts is actually no longer mothers day but hey oh well...Right?

I have been trying to put more features and such on my site so its not always the same thing everyday and well I am kind of struggling to think of more things to add.
